Currently, some reservation sites (Agoda, etc.) are reporting erroneous information and problems.
Some reservation sites are incorrectly posting that the hotel has a swimming pool, spa, and Japanese garden.
There is no swimming pool, spa, or Japanese garden.
Trouble such as the hotel being unable to secure a room with the correct room type and dates because the hotel was notified with information different from that of the reservation made by the customer.
For inquiries regarding reservations made through some international reservation sites (e.g. Agoda), please contact the site where the reservation was made.
Please note that due to the regulations of each site, we may not be able to accept changes or cancellations of reservations.
