- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 AM.
- Is early check-in available?
- If your room has been made, we may allow early check-in. An additional fee will be charged for early check-in.
- Are non-smoking rooms available?
- Yes. When making your reservation, select a non-smoking room or contact us to request a non-smoking room.
- I am staying with my child. Do you have yukatas for children?
- We have 130 cm yukatas available. We have toothbrushes, slippers, body soap, and two-in-one shampoo and conditioner for children available as well.
- Can I co-sleep with my children?
- Co-sleeping children elementary school aged and under stay free of charge.
(Up to one co-sleeping child per bed).
- Is there shuttle service available from the airport?
- We do not offer a shuttle service. See here for more information on accessing the hotel
- When going by car, please consider parking fees.
- Hotel guests may use the parking lot next to the hotel for 1,500 yen per night (24 hours). Special parking decals are provided at the front.
- Will the hotel stow luggage that has been sent in advance?
- Yes. Some types of luggage cannot be stowed, so please be sure to contact us in advance. When sending luggage, please write your name and your dates of stay on the packing slip.
- Can I pay in advance using my credit card number?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to do so.
- Is there a sports gym in or around the hotel?
- There is no gym in the hotel, but there is a sports gym near the hotel.
